Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Project & Program Leadership:

- Define and execute enterprise-wide project and program management strategies.

- Lead a portfolio of large-scale technology initiatives, digital transformation programs, and strategic business projects.

- Develop long-term project roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and technology vision.

- Establish governance frameworks, delivery standards, and project management best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes and methodologies.

2. Technology Delivery Management:

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software development, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, AI/ML, data analytics, ERP, CRM, and enterprise application projects.

- Ensure successful execution of projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.

- Monitor project health, resource utilization, delivery risks, and financial performance.

- Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices across delivery teams.

- Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.

3. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Delivery Managers, Architects, and Engineering Leaders.

- Build high-performing project management and delivery teams.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

- Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership growth initiatives.

- Establish performance metrics and delivery KPIs for project teams.

4. Stakeholder & Executive Management:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Business teams.

- Present portfolio performance, strategic recommendations, and project status updates to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

- Manage client relationships, vendor partnerships, and third-party delivery engagements.

- Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology execution.

5. Financial & Resource Management:

- Manage multi-million-dollar project budgets and technology investments.

- Oversee project forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization.

- Ensure effective allocation of resources across projects and programs.

- Track ROI and business outcomes of strategic initiatives.

- Drive vendor contract negotiations and performance management.

6. Risk, Compliance & Governance:

- Establish enterprise risk management frameworks for project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

- Manage project escalations, dependencies, and critical business risks.

- Implement governance mechanisms for project reviews and quality assurance.

- Drive operational resilience and business continuity planning.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 12+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or IT Leadership.

- 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs and transformation initiatives.

- Proven track record of delivering enterprise software, cloud, and digital transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of modern software engineering and cloud technologies.

- Experience managing global delivery teams and distributed workforce models.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
