Job Title : Project Solution Architect

Job Summary :

The Project Solution Architect is responsible for leading the end-to-end solutioning process for client opportunities, including Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) responses.

The role combines presales consulting, technical architecture, project estimation, solution design, and delivery governance to ensure that proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially competitive, and aligned with client business objectives.

The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, Engineering, and Client Stakeholders to create winning proposals, define scalable solution architectures, estimate project effort and cost, conduct client presentations, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience :

- 8 to 15 years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Enterprise Technology.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Presales.

- Demonstrated experience preparing successful RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.

- Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project delivery methodologies.


Key Responsibilities :


- Architect comprehensive technical solutions that address specific client pain points while ensuring long-term system maintainability and performance.


- Lead project execution by coordinating between distributed development teams and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met within defined timelines and budget constraints.


- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation within existing project workflows, enhancing overall system efficiency.


- Manage technical debt and architectural risks by implementing proactive governance and rigorous code review standards across all project phases.


- Communicate complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
