Project/Program Manager - Veeva Vault Deployment

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager who has successfully led large-scale, multi-site deployments of Veeva Vault (QMS, LMS, DMS), managing over 15,000 users.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and driving project governance, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring GxP compliance, and enabling agile adoption for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Veeva Vault deployment projects across multiple sites, including QMS, LMS, and DMS modules.

- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

- Implement and foster the use of Agile methodologies and tools, enabling iterative 4-week sprint cycles for incremental improvements.

- Collaborate with QA, IT, Regulatory, and Business teams to ensure alignment on goals and compliance with GxP standards.

- Act as the central point of contact between technical teams, Veeva representatives, and business stakeholders.

- Drive user adoption strategies, change management, and training to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of systems.

- Track project metrics and generate reports to ensure transparency, accountability, and progress alignment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 15 years of overall project/program management experience.

- Proven experience in managing Veeva Vault multi-site deployments (QMS, LMS, DMS) for large user bases (15,000+ users).

- Strong understanding of GxP and compliance frameworks in life sciences or pharmaceutical environments.

- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

- Experience in driving change management and user adoption in regulated environments.

- PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications preferred.

Nice to Have :

- Background in life sciences, pharma, or medtech domains.

- Familiarity with Veeva Vault product roadmap and industry best practices.
