Role Overview :

As a Project Manager or Program Manager at you will be at the forefront of delivering complex technology solutions. This role involves leading cross-functional teams through the entire project or program lifecycle, from strategic planning and execution to successful delivery and post-implementation support. You will collaborate closely with clients, senior stakeholders, and internal development teams, ensuring projects align with business objectives, adhere to timelines and budgets, and meet the highest quality standards. Your leadership will directly impact client satisfaction, foster innovation, and contribute significantly to our business growth and reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects or strategic programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies for successful outcomes.

- Manage and mentor diverse project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment to achieve project milestones.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and driving consensus.

- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project progression.

- Implement and enforce best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and quality assurance processes.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Oversee the integration of various technical components, including those related to Java/J2EE, SAP, C/C++, Big Data, or Embedded systems, ensuring modularity and scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing complex technology projects or programs from initiation to closure.

- Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

- Proven ability to manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risks effectively across multiple concurrent initiatives.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and motivating cross-functional teams.

- Expertise in client relationship management, including expectation setting, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities, able to navigate technical challenges and make informed decisions.

- Familiarity with one or more relevant technology stacks, such as Project Manager - Java/J2EE, Project Manager - SAP, Project Manager - C/C++, Project Manager - Big Data, or Project Manager - Embedded systems, and principles of Modular Programming.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.

- Adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic, distributed, and international environment, collaborating with teams across different time zones.
