About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong software development background to lead the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on development experience and proven expertise in managing cross-functional engineering teams, Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and SDLC execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of web and mobile application development projects.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Product, UI/UX, DevOps, and Business teams.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

- Drive SDLC best practices and continuously improve delivery processes.

- Prepare project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor project teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

Required Skills :

- 7 to 17 years of overall IT experience with a strong Software Development background.

- Proven experience in IT Project Management.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Experience managing Web and Mobile Application development projects.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.

- Strong planning, estimation, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.

- Ability to manage distributed and remote engineering teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience as a Software Developer or Technical Lead.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or Agile certifications are an advantage.

- Experience working in product-based or digital engineering environments.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
