Description :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead procurement compliance initiatives and vendor management programs within a complex, regulated environment. The role will focus on driving Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) integration, enhancing vendor governance frameworks, and managing cross-functional projects involving Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in global vendor management, procurement processes, and compliance frameworks, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities :

1. TPRM Integration & Project Management :

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle to integrate procurement category structures into TPRM workflows.

- Manage TPRM remediation programs for vendors, ensuring timely closure of compliance gaps.

- Drive system transformation initiatives, transitioning vendor performance tracking from manual processes to automated platforms (Oracle SLM).

2. Due Diligence & Compliance Governance :

- Act as a central liaison coordinating due diligence cycles across TPRM, Information Security, and Procurement teams.

- Implement automated workflows for due diligence tracking, notifications, and vendor deactivation protocols.

- Ensure strict adherence to governance policies for vendor onboarding and post engagement compliance approvals.

3. Vendor Management Framework Rollout:

- Lead the global rollout of vendor management frameworks aligned with CIPS standards.

- Establish PMO governance structures for vendor communication, performance reviews, and compliance tracking.

- Manage vendor improvement initiatives, ensuring risk mitigation and performance optimization.

- Act as the escalation point for complex vendor-related compliance issues.

4. Performance Assessment & Process Improvement :

- Oversee vendor performance review cycles and ensure timely completion.

- Develop and optimize vendor scorecards covering risk, delivery, cost, and quality metrics.

- Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation and improvement initiatives across procurement and risk functions.

5. System Integration & Data Management :

- Manage system enhancements and integrations (e.g., PRISM, Oracle SLM) to support TPRM processes.

- Maintain accurate and centralized vendor, contract, and procurement data repositories.

- Ensure seamless integration of vendor data with risk and compliance reporting frameworks.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field

- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred

- CPSM / CPM or similar procurement certifications are a plus

Experience Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related functions

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving Risk/Compliance/TPRM

- Proven experience in global vendor management within multinational organizations

- Prior experience in Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred
