Required Skills :

- Strong background in production support / application maintenance projects

- Hands-on experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management

- Solid understanding of application architectures and production environments

- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or hybrid delivery models

- Excellent stakeholder communication and escalation management skills
