Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager with strong stakeholder management, governance, and delivery leadership experience to support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese and have proven experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines across multiple workstreams.

- Drive governance activities, including agenda preparation, issue management, escalation handling, and decision tracking.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

- Facilitate discussions and workshops to identify gaps, risks, and implementation challenges.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and executive presentations in English and Japanese.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with standard ServiceNow capabilities and organizational objectives.

- Act as a client-side representative and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

- Manage multi-vendor engagements and ensure accountability across all participating teams.

- Support change management, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, or Service Delivery Management.

- Strong experience managing enterprise IT projects and multiple stakeholders.

- Experience working in multi-vendor environments.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

- Excellent stakeholder management and governance experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to prepare professional documentation and presentations in both Japanese and English.

- Experience in risk management, dependency management, and issue resolution.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow implementation, transformation, or upgrade project experience.

- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Portal, or Workflow solutions.

- JLPT N1, N2, or N3 certification preferred.

- ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or related certifications.

- Experience in global delivery and client-facing environments.
