Hiring: Scrum Master (SAFe) Immediate Opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale enterprise Agile transformation program.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working in SAFe environments, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving predictable delivery across multiple Scrum teams.

Role: Scrum Master.

Location: India (Hybrid/Remote based on project).

Experience: 814 Years (Minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master).

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

- Drive Agile delivery within a SAFe environment by participating in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Program Increment execution.

- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog and ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) are met.

- Track sprint progress using Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Predictability.

- Identify, manage, and remove impediments while coordinating cross-team dependencies and risks.

- Coach Agile teams on Scrum, SAFe, Lean principles, and continuous improvement practices.

- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Managers, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

- Support release planning, capacity planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.

- Create and maintain Jira dashboards, Confluence documentation, and Agile reporting.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.

- Strong experience with Scrum and SAFe frameworks.

- Experience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART events, and cross-team coordination.

- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and delivery governance.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

- Experience working with distributed Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or SAFe RTE certification.

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Automotive, or Enterprise Software domains.

- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives is an advantage.
