List key responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Act as Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager for one or more cross-functional teams

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog, prioritization, and roadmap alignment

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within scope, budget, and quality standards

- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and impediments

- Monitor team velocity, sprint metrics, and project KPIs; prepare status reports for stakeholders

Must Have Skills :

Required skills :

- Strong experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in Agile environments

- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred)

- Hands-on experience in managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning

- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery models

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

- Proven experience in risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking
