Job Description :

We are hiring an OT Project Manager to manage and deliver Industrial / OT projects across manufacturing plants as part of Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end OT and IT/OT integration projects

- Coordinate with factory teams, IT teams, and vendors

- Implement and support OT standards (PLC connectivity, networks, cybersecurity)

- Deploy and support Kepware and other industrial connectivity tools

- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines

- Ensure compliance with OT cybersecurity and governance standards

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Kepware (Mandatory)

- Experience in OT / Industrial IT / Manufacturing environments

- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, MES systems

- Understanding of IT/OT convergence and industrial networks

- Project management experience

Good to Have :

- Experience with Ignition

- OT Cybersecurity knowledge (network segmentation, firewalls)

- Exposure to Industry 4.0 projects
