Role :

This role will be responsible for regularly managing SAP projects including integration points with other enterprise efforts. Additionally, responsible for status report, issue tracking and project communications. Establishes and manages relationships with multiple stakeholders. Drives toward continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex SAP implementation and deployment projects including detailed planning, coordination and administrative tracking.

- Monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively identify risks, delays, or deviations and drive corrective actions.

- Lead and facilitate Operating Committee and Steering Committee meetings, including preparation, progress reporting, risk escalation, and action tracking.

- Assess project issues and constraints, develop recovery or mitigation plans, and escalate critical risks to leadership as needed.

- Track and control project financials, including actual costs versus approved budgets; identify and report variances.

- Ensure alignment across business, functional, technical, and vendor teams on scope, timelines, resourcing, and execution approach.

- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies and decisions effectively to stakeholders, customers, and external implementation partners.

- Take full ownership and accountability for meeting project objectives, quality standards, and customer expectations.

- Evaluate and recommend project tools, methodologies, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery outcomes.

- Integrate cross-functional timelines and activities to ensure seamless execution across SAP workstreams.

- Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of all project deliverables, documentation, and milestone outputs.

- Enforce project governance, SAP delivery standards, methodologies, and organizational policies throughout the project lifecycle.

- Motivate and guide project teams by clearly defining priorities, objectives, and success criteria.

- Promote continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions that enhance delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer value.

- Analyze project performance metrics and governance frameworks to drive informed decision-making and delivery excellence.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of Project Management experience. Preferable as a SAP Project Manager in (S/4HANA, ECC, ByD)

- Having SAP experience in past in any module will have more weightage

- General knowledge of SAP or ERP deployment activities.

- PMP/PRINC2/Agile Scrum certification is not mandatory but will have more weightage

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Know-how of SAP Project Implementation methodologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
