Job Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience managing Fixed Bid and SaaS implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Fixed Bid and SaaS implementation projects

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and client stakeholders

- Ensure adherence to project budgets and manage cost control for fixed-price engagements

- Identify risks, track issues, and implement mitigation strategies

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/SaaS domain

- Proven experience handling Fixed Bid projects

- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycle

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
