Competencies :

- Accountability and Ownership of the responsibilities assigned

- PMP Certified Professional with 5-8 years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.

- Domain expertise in IT, Construction & Hospitality Industry .

- Additional project management certifications (e.g., Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills and complete understanding of latest business trends.

- Good at relationship management with strong interpersonal skills.

Skills Required :

- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource requirements.

- Project Execution: Manage day-to-day project activities and resources; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project objectives are achieved.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.

- Develop contingency plans to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.

- Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conform to project requirements.

- Conduct regular quality assurance checks.

- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

- Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively and timely. Facilitate project meetings and reviews.

- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures.

- Track project costs and ensure they stay within approved limits.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

- Motivate and support team members to achieve project goals.

- Resolve conflicts within the team as needed.

- Documentation: Maintain project documentation and records.

- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

- Vendor and Contractor Management: Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
