About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Oracle NetSuite to lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects within the F&B domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ERP implementations, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite, and the ability to drive projects across cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Oracle NetSuite implementation and rollout projects from initiation to closure

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications

- Ensure successful delivery of projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to drive seamless execution

- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership

- Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project governance frameworks

- Support post-implementation activities including stabilization and optimization

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite implementation/rollouts

- Mandatory experience working in the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies

- PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is a plus
