Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience managing OneIdentity projects, including target system integrations and upgrade initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of identity management projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end OneIdentity project implementations, including integrations with target systems and version upgrades.

- Collaborate with business teams and technical experts to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.

- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.

- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance standards, and security guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements :

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager managing OneIdentity solutions (Identity Manager, Access Manager, or similar).

- Strong understanding of target system integration and OneIdentity upgrade processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) concepts and IT security standards is a plus.

- PMP or Prince2 certification preferred but not mandatory.
