Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager proficient in .NET and Angular technologies with expertise in implementing Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, communicating with stakeholders, and implementing Agile best practices to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning and Execution :

- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and scheduling.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.

2. Team Leadership :

- Manage and lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and testers.

- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations.

- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

3. Agile Methodology Implementation :

- Implement Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban, to drive project delivery.

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Coach team members on Agile principles, practices, and tools, ensuring adherence to Agile frameworks.

4. Technical Expertise :

- Possess strong technical knowledge and experience with .NET and Angular technologies.

- Understand software development processes and best practices, including coding standards, version control, and deployment processes.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping to overcome technical challenges and bottlenecks.

5. Stakeholder Communication :

- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

- Ensure clear and effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and management.

- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience (8 - 12 Years) as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on .NET and Angular projects.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Solid technical background with proficiency in .NET and Angular development.

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) are a plus.
