Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Lead to manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation to closure.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective resource utilization.

- Drive stakeholder management and maintain clear communication with business and technical teams.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Track project progress, budgets, timelines, and key delivery metrics.

- Drive Agile practices and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards using tools such as Confluence.

- Ensure quality, governance, and timely delivery of project outcomes.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Management / Project Lead roles.

- Strong expertise in Project Planning, Stakeholder Management, Team Coordination, and Risk Management.

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Confluence and project tracking tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
