Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in project management, stakeholder management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.

- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and management.

- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.

- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.

- Manage Windows infrastructure-related project activities.

- Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure security requirements and compliance are addressed.

- Conduct project review meetings and track action items.

- Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and governance.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Project Management.

- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.

- Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and IT Infrastructure.

- Knowledge of Windows infrastructure and related technologies.

- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.

- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with project tracking, reporting, and risk management.

Preferred Skills :

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.

- Experience with IT infrastructure transformation projects.

- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and infrastructure operations.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and IT security practices.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
