Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Onboarding & Implementation : Lead technical onboarding for new customers, including EMR integrations (eCW, Athena, Epic), API connectivity, and data mapping.

- Ongoing Account Management : Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and proactive support.

- Bridge Between Clients & Product : Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with engineering/product teams to prioritize roadmap features and improvements.

- Solution Design : Customize configurations and data workflows based on client-specific clinical, operational, or billing needs.

- Training & Support : Conduct technical training sessions for client staff and ensure adoption of new features or modules.

- Technical Health Monitoring : Monitor system performance, data syncs, and product usage to proactively address issues.

- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain clear documentation of integration specs, workflows, and account health metrics.

Requirements :

- Bachelors in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or implementation within HealthTech.

- Strong understanding of EMRs/EHRs (eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, Epic, etc.) and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835).

- Ability to handle API-based integrations and basic scripting/debugging.

- Exceptional client-facing communication skills.

- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience supporting ACOs, MSOs, or population health clients.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and data analytics tools.

- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT regulations.

- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project trackers (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
