Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead high-impact Finance Automation and Transformation initiatives for one of our premier global consumer goods clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex financial process automations, focusing heavily on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tracks. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between core corporate finance and cutting-edge intelligent automation, leveraging RPA frameworks to streamline transaction cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Governance & Delivery : Own the end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, risk mitigation, and deployment) for finance automation solutions following structured PMP/Prince2 frameworks.

- Finance Process Automation : Architect, deploy, and scale automation workflows within Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to eliminate transactional variations, reduce processing cycle times, and improve cash flow metrics.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary liaison between global client finance leadership, internal delivery teams, and third-party vendors. Conduct regular steering committees, progress transparency reviews, and milestone sign-offs.

- Technical Orchestration : Collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to translate complex accounting business rules into technical automation logic.

- Change Management & Compliance : Manage operational change control processes, update financial standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure all automation solutions strictly adhere to internal financial controls and global statutory regulations.

Technical & Process Expertise :

- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) : Strong architectural and delivery experience utilizing enterprise RPA platforms - specifically UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Financial Domain Knowledge : Deep operational understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C/AR) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P/AP) sub-ledger processes, reconciliations, invoice matching algorithms, and cash application workflows.

- ERP Infrastructure : Hands-on experience executing integrations or data extractions across major enterprise architectures like SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements :

- Overall Experience : Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in corporate project management, with a clear focus on financial shared services, digital migrations, or technology transformation.

- Certifications : Must hold an active PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI, or Prince2 practitioner certification.

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical/analytical discipline.

- Communication : Exceptional executive presence with highly refined verbal and written English communication skills to manage matrixed global stakeholders successfully.
