Project Manager/Delivery Manager

Position : Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end implementation and delivery of customer projects from kickoff to go-live and stabilization

- Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams

- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively

- Drive client communication, status updates, and issue resolution

- Coordinate UAT, functional testing, and go-live readiness activities

- Ensure successful implementation, validation, and smooth transition to support teams post deployment

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Implementation Management

- Strong experience managing enterprise or SaaS product implementations

- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills

- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking

- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and QA

- Ability to understand business workflows and product implementation processes

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in U.S. Healthcare domain

- Exposure to RCM, Claims, Eligibility, Prior Authorization, EHR/EMR workflows

- Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software companies

- Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies

- Experience working with globally distributed teams
