Project Manager - Delivery Management

Experience : Overall, 9 12 Yrs

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad

This will be Work from Office mode in a 3 PM to 12 AM shift OR 4 PM to 1 AM shift

Candidate must have US Healthcare experience

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience managing large and/or complex projects

- PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training

- Experience working within an industry standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Healthcare insurance industry business and operational knowledge preferred

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive work forward, and take ownership without waiting for direction

- Proven strength in risk identification, escalation, and problem resolution

- Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills in a fast paced environment

- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining delivery discipline

- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to lead meetings and communicate risks and issues clearly to global stakeholders

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Experience with customer relationship management concepts and practices

Working Hours & Reliability Expectations :

- Preference for candidates able to work 4:00 PM 1:00 AM IST, aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EDT)

- Reliable attendance during core working hours is mandatory

- Demonstrated professional accountability, including :

i. Adherence to agreed working hours

ii. Advance notice for planned leave

iii. Minimal unplanned absences
