Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, client engagement, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, technical oversight, and stakeholder communication, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope, create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.

- Status Reporting : Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

- Resource Management : Assign and manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and team productivity.

- Technical Stewardship : Collaborate with technical leads and architects to ensure alignment with solution design, architecture, and quality standards.

- Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.

- Process Compliance : Ensure adherence to organizational processes, tools, and best practices (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1215 years of experience in IT project management or delivery management

- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, WBS creation, and resource planning

- Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder communication

- Familiarity with technical project delivery, especially in software development or cloud-based environments

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps)

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (preferred)
