Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project delivery and customer communications.

- Lead master data harmonization projects defining scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

- Work closely with global stakeholders to align objectives, resolve conflicts, and ensure adoption.

- Develop and track project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Manage risks and proactively identify mitigation strategies.

- Drive communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity on requirements.

- Apply data governance, quality, and harmonization best practices throughout the lifecycle.

- Ensure projects follow Verdantis methodologies and leverage AI for faster and more accurate outcomes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in project management, including 4+ years in data management or harmonization projects.

- Deep understanding of one or more master data domains (Materials, Services, Customer, Equipment, or Vendors).

- Strong exposure to global customers in US, Australia, and the Middle East.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in ERP data models and harmonization methodologies.

- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
