Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with mandatory hands-on experience managing Data, Data Engineering, or Snowflake-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery management capabilities, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and proven experience driving complex data initiatives from planning through execution.

This role requires close collaboration with data engineers, architects, analytics teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring predictable delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Data / Data Engineering / Snowflake projects

- Own project planning, scope definition, timelines, budgets, and risk management

- Coordinate with Data Engineers, Snowflake Architects, Analytics & BI teams

- Ensure adherence to delivery milestones, SLAs, and quality standards

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

- Track project progress, dependencies, and deliverables using Agile / Hybrid methodologies

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues

- Drive governance, reporting, and project status communication

- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and best practices

- Support continuous improvement and delivery optimization.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Mandatory experience managing Snowflake OR Data / Data Engineering projects

- Strong understanding of :

- Snowflake architecture & data warehousing concepts

- Data pipelines, ETL / ELT processes

- Analytics & BI ecosystems

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex data environments

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong command over project delivery methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)

- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.)

- Ability to work onsite in Coimbator
