Job Summary :

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager Data & Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across data, digital platforms, and regulatory transformation.

This role works closely with C-suite leadership, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams, playing a strategic role in shaping digital and data-driven journeys aligned with UAE regulatory mandates and industry innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data and digital transformation programs.

- Drive data modernization, analytics enablement, and digital capability uplift across business units.

- Oversee regulatory transformation programs enhancing governance, compliance, and resilience.

Regulatory & Executive Engagement :

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies, including UAE Central Bank initiatives.

- Represent the organization in industry forums, executive meetings, and regulatory discussions.

- Maintain strong alignment with regulatory expectations and digital transformation standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams spanning business, data, technology, and operations.

- Build program governance frameworks, track progress, and ensure execution excellence.

- Drive structured communication with leadership through dashboards, reports, and steering committees.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 12 to 15 years of professional experience, with deep exposure to digital and data transformation initiatives.

- Minimum 10 years of BFSI experience; 67 years UAE banking experience preferred.

- Proven track record of handling C-suite, board-level, and regulatory engagements.

- Strong understanding of :

- Data governance & data quality

- Analytics, AI/ML use cases

- Open Finance APIs

- CBDC projects, instant payments, and digital financial infrastructures

- Expertise in :

a. Program governance & delivery

b. Budgeting, dashboards, and program reporting

c. Risk management and stakeholder alignment

d. Preferred Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master.

Preferred Attributes :

- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of UAEs digital transformation, fintech, and regulatory ecosystem.
