Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects within the General Insurance domain.

- Manage project planning, execution, governance, risks, dependencies, and timelines.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.

- Drive Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

- Manage requirements, milestones, resource planning, and project reporting.

- Ensure successful implementation of data and analytics solutions.

- Work closely with data engineering, BI, analytics, and technology teams.

- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure timely resolution of project issues.

- Ensure project deliverables meet business, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10 to 15 years of overall experience

- Immediate joiner

- Proven experience delivering Data & Analytics projects in General Insurance

- Strong experience in: Data Warehousing, Data Lake / Lakehouse, ETL, Business Intelligence, Analytics

- Strong understanding of General Insurance processes: Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Finance, Regulatory Reporting

- Project management and delivery, Stakeholder management, Risk management, Project governance, Agile / Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Technical Exposure :

- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, On-premise and modern cloud data platforms

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong General Insurance domain expertise is mandatory.

- Experience managing large-scale Data & Analytics transformation initiatives.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple teams and vendors.

- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to work in a high-priority, fast-paced project environment.
