We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Data & Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing fixed-price engagements, merger & acquisition (M&A) scenarios, and report rationalization initiatives, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects, including EDW, BI reporting, and data platform initiatives

- Manage projects involving Snowflake, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, ensuring high-quality delivery

- Drive report rationalization initiatives to optimize dashboards and eliminate redundancy

- Play a key role in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) programs, including:

1. Data integration strategy

2. System consolidation

3. Reporting harmonization

- Manage fixed-price projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines

- Handle multiple stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership teams

- Define project plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure governance

- Collaborate with technical teams for data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting solutions

- Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standards

- Provide regular status updates to leadership and manage escalations

Required Skills & Expertise :

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) concepts

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Snowflake

3. SQL

4. Tableau / Power BI

- Knowledge of data integration, ETL pipelines, and data modeling

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms

Project Management Skills :

- Proven experience managing fixed-price engagements

- Strong exposure to Agile / Waterfall methodologies

- Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and delivery governance

Domain & Functional Expertise :

- Experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) projects (must-have)

Strong understanding of:

1. Data migration & consolidation

2. Report rationalization & optimization

- Ability to align data/reporting with business transformation goals

Stakeholder Management :

- Strong experience in handling multiple stakeholders (business + IT + leadership)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to drive discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in large-scale data transformation programs

- Exposure to data governance frameworks

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (good to have)

- Dedicated Project Manager with EDW background
