Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated CyberArk-PAM Project Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of CyberArk solutions, ensuring the secure onboarding of privileged accounts, and driving the development of custom connectors and plugins.

This role demands a hands-on approach, a deep understanding of PAM frameworks, and the ability to automate key processes for enhanced efficiency and security. You will play a critical role in coordinating with DevOps teams for seamless system integration, conducting regular security audits, and ensuring strict compliance with organizational and industry security policies. Strong communication, exceptional stakeholder management, and a client-centric approach are paramount, as you will engage directly with clients to define security controls, resolve complex issues, and provide ongoing operational support.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Management :

- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of CyberArk PAM implementation projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

CyberArk Solution Implementation :

- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and optimization of CyberArk components, including but not limited to Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PTA, and EPM.

- Drive the secure onboarding of privileged accounts across various platforms (servers, databases, network devices, applications).

Custom Development & Automation :

- Lead the development and integration of custom connectors and plugins for CyberArk to meet specific organizational requirements.

- Automate key PAM processes, such as account onboarding, password rotation, session management, and reporting, to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Collaboration & Integration :

- Coordinate closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security Operations, and Application teams to ensure seamless integration of CyberArk solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.

- Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions with cross-functional teams.

Security & Compliance :

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the CyberArk environment to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

- Ensure all PAM activities align with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement :

- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their security requirements, define appropriate PAM controls, and establish clear expectations.

- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes effectively to all levels of management and stakeholders.

- Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations, issue resolution, and ongoing operational support for CyberArk solutions.

Documentation & Training :

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of PAM architectures, configurations, processes, and operational procedures.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients on CyberArk functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) projects.

- Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM suite implementation, configuration, and administration.

- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, security principles, and best practices.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and custom connector

development.

- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases, and network devices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex

technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or other relevant CyberArk certifications.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.

- Experience with other PAM solutions (e.g., BeyondTrust, Thycotic) is a plus.

- Knowledge of cloud security principles and experience with PAM in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab).
