Project Manager - Core Banking Integration Consultant (English/German) :

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Core Banking Integration Consultant with strong banking domain expertise to support a large-scale banking transformation and integration program. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of end-to-end banking systems, data entities, and stakeholder management across complex application landscapes. This role requires a business and functional consultant who can coordinate with multiple application teams, assess data structures, and drive execution activities across core banking transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end banking systems and their interdependencies.

- Manage communication and coordination with more than 100 applications and respective business and technology stakeholders.

- Assess and analyze banking data structures and classify various data entities.

- Understand and manage customer/client data, financial instruments, transactions, and document-related data.

- Drive data assessments, application impact analysis, and dependency mapping activities.

- Track project Q&A, assessments, risks, issues, and execution activities.

- Coordinate deployment activities and data modification initiatives across applications.

- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather information and drive decisions.

- Ensure timely execution of project deliverables and adherence to governance processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during banking transformation and integration programs.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in Banking, Core Banking Transformation, or Integration Programs.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end banking systems and processes.

- Good knowledge of banking data entities, including :

1. Customer/Client Data

2. Financial Instruments

3. Transaction Data

4. Document Management Data

- Experience in :

1. Core Banking Integration

2. Data Migration and Data Governance

3. Application Rationalization

4. Data Lineage and Data Classification

6. Banking Transformation Programs

- Proven experience managing large-scale programs involving multiple applications and stakeholders.

- Ability to perform data assessments and coordinate execution activities.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24/Transact or similar banking products.

- Experience working in global banking transformation and migration initiatives.

- Exposure to regulated banking environments and enterprise data management programs.

Language Requirement :

- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.

- German language proficiency is highly preferred for candidates.
