Job Title : Project Manager Conversational AI Engineer & CX

Experience : 9 to 12 years of relevant experience

Location : Noida / Gurgaon / Pune / Bangalore

Role Overview :


The Project Manager Conversational AI Engineer & CX will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of cloud-based conversational AI solutions, combining strong project management expertise with hands-on technical understanding of chatbot, voice bot, and IVR platforms.

The role requires ownership of delivery, cost, and stakeholder management while ensuring high-quality customer experience outcomes.

Certifications :

- SAFe or PMP Certification Mandatory

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Own end-to-end project delivery of conversational AI and CX initiatives


- Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and risks across engagements

- Lead design, development, integration, and deployment of conversational AI solutions

- Drive delivery of chatbot, voice bot, and IVR solutions across channels

- Act as primary interface for clients and internal stakeholders

- Manage project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and tracking

- Ensure alignment of conversational AI solutions with business and CX goals

- Oversee technical execution across Dialogflow and CCAI platforms

- Guide teams on ADK, playbooks, conversational flows, and troubleshooting

- Support pre-sales, solution discussions, and effort estimations when required

- Ensure compliance with Agile/SAFe project management practices

- Monitor project financials including cost control and margin management

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong experience in project management for Conversational AI and CX solutions

- Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow and CCAI platforms

- Proven delivery of minimum 3 to 5 conversational AI projects

- Strong expertise in chatbot development, voice bots, and IVR systems

- Experience with development, integration, and delivery of conversational AI projects

- Solid understanding of conversational design, NLP concepts, and CX journeys

- Hands-on or working knowledge of Python and Node.js

- Strong experience with ADK, playbooks, and troubleshooting conversational platforms

- Excellent stakeholder, client, and cross-functional team management skills

- Strong project, sales support, and cost management capabilities

- Ability to balance project management responsibilities with technical oversight

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Educational Qualifications :

- B.Tech or equivalent qualification

Preferred Skills :

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale CX transformation programs

- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and deployment models

- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
