Role Overview :

As a Project Manager - Capital Markets at QuantumNeuron Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex technology projects within the capital markets domain. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical architects, and developers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of capital markets processes and technologies. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a dynamic and competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating issues as needed.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, including Waterfall and Agile.

- Collaborate with business analysts and technical architects to define requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

- Oversee the implementation and testing of solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects within the capital markets domain.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Strong understanding of financial information systems and capital markets processes.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

- Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

- Experience in risk management and issue resolution.

- Familiarity with the SDLC and software development best practices.

- Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect is a plus.

- PMP certification is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
