Project Manager - Banking Domain

Job Summary :

We are hiring a Techno-Functional Project Manager with expertise in Corporate Banking to lead large-scale transformation programs across payments, cash management, and trade finance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead project definition, planning, and execution

- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and manage backlog

- Manage project governance, RAID logs, and reporting

- Drive Agile delivery using tools like JIRA

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders

Domain Expertise :

- Payments & Collections

- Cash Management & Liquidity

- Trade Finance (LCs, guarantees, export/import financing)

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Corporate/Transaction Banking

- Project & Program Management expertise

- Agile delivery experience (JIRA, tools)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Experience in core banking implementation (preferred)
