Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale initiatives within a fully remote environment. In this role, you will act as the primary orchestrator for high-impact business transformation projects, bridging the gap between technical OSS architecture and strategic business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership, external clients, and global engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency and long-term business scalability, ensuring that complex programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the overarching organizational vision.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct end-to-end project lifecycles by applying rigorous Project Governance frameworks to ensure transparency, accountability, and risk mitigation across all workstreams.

- Drive large-scale Business Transformation initiatives by aligning technical OSS implementations with evolving market requirements to enhance operational performance.

- Manage complex Financial Forecasting and budget tracking to ensure resource optimization and fiscal health throughout the project duration.

- Facilitate high-level Stakeholder Management by translating technical milestones into actionable business insights for executive leadership and external partners.

- Orchestrate Agile ceremonies and project workflows to foster a culture of continuous improvement and rapid delivery within distributed global teams.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects with 10 - 16 years of professional experience, specifically within the OSS domain.

- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures using PRINCE2 methodologies to maintain rigorous control over project quality and delivery standards.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and resolving cross-departmental conflicts in a remote, distributed work environment.

- Strong analytical capability to oversee financial planning and forecasting, ensuring that project investments consistently yield measurable business value.

- Advanced proficiency in Agile project management, with the ability to adapt frameworks to suit the unique needs of high-growth, remote-first teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institute, complemented by a professional certification in Project Management or Agile practices.
