Job Description:

Job location: Banglore, work from office, in-person interview.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

This role requires expertise in managing cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Note: Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience using AI-assisted software engineering tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, or equivalent LLM-based development assistants.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

1. Project Methodologies:

- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

2. Tools & Technologies:

- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

3. Certifications (Preferred):

- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

4. Industry Experience (Preferred):

- IT, Software Development, Cloud, Financial Services, Pharmacovigilance, or a related domain.
