Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead projects, teams, and delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

This role will report directly to the COO and drive end-to-end project execution to support Thences global expansion and high-performing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project goals, charter, and align with business objectives

- Manage project planning, timelines, and resource allocation

- Handle multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth communication

- Drive Agile practices and facilitate collaboration across Tech, Product & Design teams

- Track project milestones, risks, and ensure timely delivery

- Prepare executive-level reports on project metrics and status

- Work with recruitment teams for resource planning and hiring

- Take ownership of delivery efficiency and minimize project risks

Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager

- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience handling cross-functional teams (30+ members)

- Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum practices

- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, ClickUp

- Strong reporting, dashboarding & stakeholder management skills
