Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver IT/software projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Design, BA, DevOps) and optimize resource utilization.

- Act as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

- Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and handle project changes effectively.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project processes, and SLAs.

- Conduct stand-ups, review meetings, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, and ensure proper project handover and closure.

- Resolve team or client challenges to ensure successful project delivery.

Must-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Strong planning, scheduling, and tracking abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience handling multiple projects and managing budgets/resources.

- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with global clients and remote teams.

- Basic technical understanding of Web, Mobile, or Cloud projects.

- Pre-sales support, effort estimation, and proposal experience.

- Exposure to product-based project management.
