Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 810 years of experience in managing end-to-end software development and technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget while effectively managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project risks.

The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver technology projects from initiation through closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, architects, and DevOps engineers.

- Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful project delivery.

- Track project progress using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, where applicable.

- Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Ensure projects meet quality standards, business requirements, and organizational objectives.

- Manage vendor and third-party relationships when required.

- Drive continuous process improvement and promote project management best practices.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT services.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Experience in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.

- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience managing cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise application development projects.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience in vendor and client relationship management.

- Exposure to PMO governance and project reporting.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
