Roles and Responsibilities :

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, hands-on individual with the requisite technical and domain skills to join our team as a high-energy Agile Project Manager (APM) to drive our automation initiatives from conception to completion.

You will lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation by implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation and machine learning technologies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, removing roadblocks for developers, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring high-quality, iterative value delivery.

Agile Leadership :

- Plan, lead, and organize Agile project teams, holding them accountable for their commitments while conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

- Execute Project Planning, including defining the scope, deliverables, estimation, schedule and milestones, KPIs for project delivery and quality, budget, allocating resources, defining communication strategies and sign-off/entry/exit criteria for deliverables.

Automation Strategy & Execution :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with automation strategic goals. Lead technical teams (developers, architects) through the automation lifecycle - from design to testing and deployment.

- Facilitating and participating in requirements and solution definition for projects with clients and internal teams.

Roadblock Removal :

- Proactively identify and eliminate impediments (technical, resource, or process-based) to ensure team velocity and flow.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, and providing transparent reporting on project risks, progress, and budget.

Project Execution :

- Including resource allocation and management, task assignments, tracking daily status, milestones, deliverables, and change requests, KPI monitoring and control.

Backlog & Quality Management :

- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing the backlog, ensuring user stories have clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

- In programs where Product Owner is not defined, play the role of the product owner.

- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.

Process Improvement :

- Promote a culture of innovation, mentoring team members on Agile principles, and driving continuous improvement in the team's development workflow.

- Manage performance of teams, people issues, mentor and motivate teams.

Must and good to have Skills :

Education :

- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software development Management, Software Engineering, Computer science, or a related field.

Good to have :

- PMO/Agile certification would be an added advantage.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role managing software development or automation projects.

Automation Knowledge :

- Proven experience delivering projects involving RPA (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism), AI, or CI/CD pipelines.

Agile Expertise :

- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.

Tools Proficiency :

- Extensive experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello.

Technical Familiarity :

- Enough technical background to provide credible leadership to development teams and evaluate complex technical risks.

Planning :

- Must have good working knowledge of techniques of project estimation, monitoring and control, and/or Agile/Scrum process.

Communication :

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.

- Must have strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
