Role Overview :

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving successful project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Your day-to-day will involve planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, while proactively managing risks and issues.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, as well as external stakeholders. Your leadership will directly impact the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, to guide project execution and track progress.

- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment to achieve project goals.

- Manage project risks and issues proactively, identifying potential problems and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly, providing transparency and ensuring informed decision-making.

- Monitor project progress against plan, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.

- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives and outcomes.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices, maintaining quality standards and consistency across projects.

- Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time and within budget.

- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other iterative development approaches.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.

- Experience in program management, overseeing multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives.

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration in Mumbai.
