Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define project scope and deliverables.

- Track project progress using JIRA, maintaining accurate timelines, task allocations, and updates.

- Use Confluence for documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge sharing.

- Interface with ServiceNow for incident tracking, change requests, and service management support will be added advantage.

- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and manage project-related issues to resolution.

- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

- Promote best practices in project management methodologies and tools.

- Maintain awareness of security concepts, ensuring that project deliverables align with organizational security standards and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in project management roles, preferably in IT or software development environments.

- Strong working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow and its core functionalities.

- General awareness of information security principles and compliance practices.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with distributed or global teams.

- Background in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or cybersecurity environments.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
