Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and motivated IIT fresher to join our technology team as a Graduate Trainee - IT. The candidate will receive hands-on exposure to enterprise technology projects and work closely with senior technical and project teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support IT projects from planning through implementation and delivery.

- Work with technical teams to understand requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, dashboards, and presentations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and track project progress.

- Participate in problem-solving, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

- Learn and work with relevant IT tools, technologies, and project management methodologies.

- Support senior managers in project tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of software development/IT concepts.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.

- Ability to learn new technologies and business processes quickly.

- Strong ownership, teamwork, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred :

- IIT B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA graduate with strong academic performance.

- Exposure to coding, data analytics, cloud, AI/ML, or project management through academic projects/internships.
