Project Manager

Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in project management within engineering or IT services.

- Experience working with global clients in industrial, automation, or embedded domains.

- Proven track record of delivering fixed-price and T&M projects.

Technical & Domain Skills:

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and/or embedded systems.

- Exposure to industrial automation, control systems, IIoT, or digital engineering.

- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

- Tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, ERP systems.

Behavioral & Leadership Skills:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
