Role Overview :

Looking for a seasoned Project Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery in the US Healthcare domain. The role involves close collaboration with Program Managers/PMO to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery in a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation to closure)

- Drive delivery aligned to scope, schedule, budget & quality

- Manage stakeholders, risks, and project governance

- Handle resource planning, demand & capacity management

- Track performance vs plan and proactively resolve risks/issues

- Ensure change management, reporting, and compliance

- Lead client communication, status reporting & project meetings

- Collaborate with PMO, solution teams & global stakeholders

- Drive delivery excellence & continuous improvement

Key Requirements :

- 12-18 years of experience with 4+ years in core project management

- Strong experience in US Healthcare (Payer/Insurance preferred)

- PMP certified (or equivalent)

- Experience managing large/complex projects

- Strong knowledge of SDLC & project governance

- Excellent stakeholder management & leadership skills

- Strong risk management & problem-solving ability

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Willingness to work in US shift (evening/night)
