Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience in handling cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and deliver projects from initiation to closure

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables

- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders

- Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Manage resource allocation and project budgets

- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership

- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-7 years of experience in project management or similar roles

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

- Experience in IT / Software / Product-based environments
