Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong consulting background in the US Healthcare domain to drive end-to-end project delivery. This role involves managing large-scale programs, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end project management lifecycle (planning to delivery)

- Drive project execution, governance, and delivery excellence

- Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and change controls

- Ensure resource planning, demand & capacity management

- Collaborate with PMO, solution teams, and cross-functional stakeholders

- Monitor project progress, track performance, and ensure adherence to timelines

- Drive continuous improvement, best practices, and lessons learned

- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Required Candidate Profile :

- 1218 years of experience with 4+ years in core Project Management

- Strong experience in US Healthcare (Payer/Insurance preferred)

- Proven track record in managing large, complex programs

- Background in consulting / client-facing environments

- PMP certified (or equivalent) preferred

- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

- Experience with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies

- Expertise in risk management, planning, and delivery governance

- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
