Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Agile projects using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches

- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Jira, MS Project, and Excel

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation

- Ensure timely delivery of enterprise-grade solutions in alignment with client goals

- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in software development practices

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies

- Prior experience managing IT or Banking sector projects

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in Excel, Gantt charts, Jira, MS Project, and/or Azure DevOps
