Key Responsibilities :

- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.

- Run project governance structures - Steering Committees, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.

- Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams of 15+ members including BAs, Solution Architects, Engineers, and QAs.

- Align delivery efforts with contractual obligations, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.

- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams.

- Track delivery KPIs and report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.

- Coach and mentor delivery team members to uphold best practices and excellence.

- Oversee third-party vendors involved in project execution.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks.
