Job Summary :
This role supports the ATA Portfolio & Product Management team by delivering governance, financial oversight, & operational control across portfolios, programs, & projects, while taking the ownership of Clarity PPM administration, financial reporting & demand intake processes, ensuring compliance with ATA governance standards & PMO best practices.
Required Skills :
Must-Haves :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, PowerQuery, advanced formulas & dashboards).
- Strong skills in data analytics and Power BI.
- Experience in operational reporting and KPI tracking.
- Knowledge of project management concepts.
Preferred :
- Exposure to portfolio reporting & financial variance analysis.
- Familiarity with ATA governance processes & demand intake workflows.
- Experience with SharePoint libraries and PowerPoint presentations.
Work Experience :
- 4-7 years of proven experience in project management, PMO, portfolio reporting, or a similar role.
ATA-Specific Competencies :
- Governance mindset : Adheres to ATA PMO standards & process improvement.
- Analytical rigor : Generates actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Technical proficiency : Skilled in advanced Excel analytics & Power BI dashboards.
Tools :
- Experience in Project management tools, preferably Clarity PPM.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint.
- Power BI.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Operational Reporting & Analytics : Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and status reports using advanced Excel and Power BI. Publish weekly portfolio reports, month-end actuals, and forecast updates for leadership.
- KPI Tracking : Track and report key performance indicators for ATA portfolios and projects.
- Data Insights : Analyze data to generate actionable insights for leadership and support ad-hoc requests.
- Stakeholder Communication : Coordinate with ATA Portfolio Managers and Product Business Partners for roadmap alignment and governance decisions.
- Task Management : Take over existing tasks and support other PPMO responsibilities as needed.
